TEMPERATURE GAUGES
-Case Gas filled Temperature Gauge
Consists of stem, capillary and bourdon
tube in an aluminum case. These parts are connected to form
a unit. The complete measuring system is filled with an inert
gas as standard or mercury as an option under pressure. A
temperature change causes the internal pressure in the stem
to change. The deflection of the bourdon tube thus caused
is transmitted to the pointer by a movement. A bimetallic
element is fitted in between the moment and bourdon tube to
compensate for fluctuations of ambient temperature at the
case.

-Bimetallic Temperature Gauge
Bi-mettallic thermo meter
is a quick reacting bimetal coil. It is manufactured from
two cold-welded metal strips with different thermal expansion
coefficients and rotates in proportion to temperature. The
rotary movement is conveyed to the pointer with low friction.
A comprehensive range of the standard version enables a wide
range of application and uses. Special versions are also manufactured
to the customer specifications

-Every
Angle Temperature Gauge
Every angle Bi-metallic
thermometer is a quick reacting bimetal coil. It is manufactured
from two cold-welded metal strips with different thermal expansion
coefficients and rotates in proportion to temperature. The
rotary movement is conveyed to the pointer with low friction.
A silicon filled version is available as an option for service
at measuring points subjected to strong vibration and gives
quick sensing to the bimetal element. This filling also damps
the measuring system when mechanical vibration occurs. At
the same time this will provide good lubrication effect on
moving parts which will result on increase of lie time.
A version with rotating (360o) and pivoting case (90o) allow
the thermometer to be aligned as desired under all installation
conditions.

-Thermowells
Thermowells
in conductive materials are used to separate the thermometer
from the media. A thermowell is particularly recommended for
service with pressure raised media. In addition, Thermowells
protect the thermometers from aggressive media and facilitate
replacement of the thermometer without disturbing the Media
/ Process.
An extensive range of standard versions provides for service
in variety of applications. In addition, thermowells are available
in special materials and in customized dimensions.

PRESSURE GAUGES
-Al Case Bourdon Pressure Gauge
Theprocess pressure gauges
of the comprehensive ranges are manufactured on the basis
of the modular construction system which brings advantages
of quality and pricing. These gauges can be used in all applications
where particular importance is attached to measuring accuracy,
repeatability and long term stability.
These gauges can be used with liquid or gaseous media which
are not highly viscous. Also the wide range of options enables
the user to adopt the gauges to their special requirements
This model process pressure gauges comply with general international
recommendations for measuring systems and take requirements
for specific applications and technical standards into consideration.

- Al Case Capsule Pressure Gauge
This model pressure gauges with Capsule
type element are used for measure small positive and negative
gauge pressures in gaseous media.
The element consists of two diaphragm elements soldered together.
When subjected to pressure, the diaphragm bellow element moves
a predetermined distance. This travel is converted by a movement
into the rotary motion of the pointer.
The gauge can be supplied with a rear mounting bracket, cover
ring, triangular front ring or front mounting flange as required
for the installation conditions.

- Al Case Electric Contact Pressure
Gauge
This model contact pressure gauges
with electrical alarm contacts are suitable for controlling
regulating process
sequences.
The contact opens and closes electrical circuits in relation
to the position of the pointer on the pressure gauge.
Out contact pressure gauges with bourdon tube system are used
at process pressures of approximately 1 kg/cm2 and upwards.
The materials used make the gauges suitable for chemically
aggressive gases or liquids, although these may not be too
viscous or be susceptible to crystallization.
The inexpensive tried and tested bourdon tube system coupled
with modem modular principle provides a very reliable yet
inexpensive contact pressure gauge.
Electrical alarm contacts are used as magnetic snap-action
contacts, especially inharsh industrial conditions. The high
contact pressure and the choice of different electrical contact
materials enable high currents to be switched reliably. If
the electrical switching capacities of the alarm contacts
are exceeded or not reached, a relay is to
be used to provide appropriated current rating .
Inductive alarm contacts operative without physical contact
and thus have no unfavourable effects no unfavourable effects
on the pressure measuring system while having an unlimited
service life. A control unit is always needed to operate these
contacts. Contact pressure gauges with industive alarm contact
can be used in potentially explosive atmospheres, provided
that the appropriate regulations are complied with.

- Commercial Pressure Gauge
This model pressure gauges of the
comprehensive standard ranges can be used in all applications
where liquid and pneumatic media are not highly viscous or
do not attack / react with copper alloy systems.
All standard pressure gauges comply with general international
recommendations for measuring systems and take requirements
for general applications.

-Hydraulic Pressure Gauge
This model pressure gauges with glycerine
filling are particularly suitable for measuring jobs where
mechanical
vibrations
or pressure pulses may arise.
The glycerin filling ensures a vibration display and smooth
pointer movement even in extreme load and strongvibration
conditions. The lubricating effect of the glycerin also provides
protection against mechanical wear. The casing is hermetically
sealed by crimping the bezel.
The gauges are designed and manufactured on the basis of a
module construction system, associated with increased reliability
and extended service life.

-Schaffer Diaphragm Pressure Gauge
This model process gauges is the
design principle and material selection of our pressure gauges
allow them to meet the stringent demands occurring in service
in process industries.
These Shaffer Diaphragm
gauges have relatively high actuating force.
The annual clamped diaphragm is extensively insensitive to
jamming or vibration.A high resistance to over pressure is
achieved by underpropint the diaphragm.
With highly viscous, crystallizing or strongly heterogeneous
media, open process connections which ensure that the gauges
are easy to clean (e.g. by flushing) are used.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Solid Front Pressure Gauge
This model solid front pressure gauges
are ideal for the hard conditions and the resulting high demands
on pressure measuring in production facilities in chemical
industry and other comparable branches.
The safety execution of the pressure gauges comprises a burst-proof
solid front between bourdon tube and window, a laminated safety
glass as well as a blowout back (according to IS3624:1987).

- SS Case Bourdon Pressure Gauge
This model process pressure gauges
are ideal for the hard conditions and the resulting high demand
on pressure measuring in production facilities in chemical
industry and other comparable branches.Resistance to agressive
media and environments is achived by using high grade material
such as stainless steel both for measuring system and the
casing.
The glycerin filling on these gauges ensure smooth pointer
movement and thus good readability even in extreme load and
strong vibration conditions. The lubricating effect of the
glycerin also provides protection against increase wear.
